Labor time required to repair or replace a covered component(s) shall be based on AllData Labor estimating guidelines.
Towing
Roadside assistance includes towing up to 25 miles with NO hook-up fee. If roadside assistance is not used, $75.00 covered per breakdown.
Diagnostics
Maximum one (1) hour labor time allowance based on AllData guidelines for diagnostics in the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered component, unless a covered component failure is obvious or evident by sound, or is visible

24/7 Roadside Assistance
Includes jump start, lock out service, fluid delivery (does not include the cost of fluids), and towing. Roadside service can be used once every 72 hours.

Rental Reimbursement
If the vehicle repairs will take 10 or more hours to complete per AllData Labor guide the customer will be eligible for rental reimbursement. The maximum reimbursement will be $30.00 per day for up to 5 days totaling $150.00. The customer must rent the vehicle themselves, once the claim is completed and an authorization has been given they will then fax or email the rental agreement to the main office for verification and reimbursement.

In the event of a breakdown covered by the agreement that occurs more than 150 miles from the customer’s home and results in a Repair Facility keeping the customer’s vehicle overnight, we will reimburse the customer for receipted motel and restaurant expenses up to $100.00 per day for a maximum of 2 days, maximum reimbursement of $200.00.
